Conducted UX research and design for PZOPS, a suite of tools including an Army tactical plugin for Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK), a web application to simplify complex Air movement planning across multiple organizations, and integrating its reporting capability into Palantir's Maven Smart Systems. This effort included leading user interviews, contextual inquiry, and software testing to modernize pickup zone operations for large-scale long-range air assault missions, with the application being demonstrated to senior Army leadership including the Chief of Staff.
